Slawomir Smyczek, is Full-Professor at the University of Economics in Katowice (Poland) where he earned his Ph.D. In 2010, the Polish Prime Minister awarded his habilitation thesis as the best in the field of economy. Prof. Smyczek has written and published over 200 articles and papers on the subject of consumer behavior, behavioral finance and international marketing, and is also author and co-author of several monographies such as: International Marketing Management (2011), Consumer Behavior – International Perspective (2012), Technology-driven Promotion for NGOs. Experience Against Social Exclusions (2013), Global Business – Toward New Paradigm in time of Crisis (2014). Prof. Smyczek teaches graduate and postgraduate courses in consumer behavior and marketing at different universities around the world. He also serves as a consultant for institutions and enterprises involved in international business. He cooperate with Dukenet since 2008 and since 2015 is President of Board.
